Why BEL Was Created
BEL was built around a simple idea: estate liquidation should feel personal, respectful and organized.
A home is not just a collection of things. It may represent decades of memories, family history and hard work. We understand that asking someone to come into that home, sort through belongings and prepare them for sale requires an enormous amount of trust.
We take that responsibility seriously.
Our approach combines thoughtful organization, research, pricing, staging and strong local marketing with something just as important — genuine care for the people we are helping.
We don't believe estate sales should feel chaotic or impersonal.
We want our clients to feel informed, supported and confident that someone capable is taking care of the details.
Meet the Owner
Hi, I'm Tamar.
I created BEL because I genuinely enjoy helping people through situations that can otherwise feel incredibly overwhelming.
One of my favorite parts of this work is walking into a home where a client doesn't know where to begin and being able to say, "We can handle this."
My background in art and design has also shaped the way I approach estate sales. I have always had an eye for presentation, composition and detail, and I bring that same perspective into the way we organize and stage our sales.
But beautiful staging is only one part of what BEL does.
For me, this business is about people.
It's about helping a family move forward after losing someone they love. Helping a parent transition into a smaller home. Helping a realtor get a property ready to list. Helping someone who inherited a full household from hundreds of miles away.
Every situation is different, and I want every BEL client to feel that they have someone in their corner who will communicate with them, respect their home and work hard on their behalf.
